This 100,000SF secure office and research facility is to be located on the grounds of Griffiss Air Force Base. Part of the BRAC program, Griffiss is no longer in use and now houses a variety of support functions and commercial enterprises. The AFRL program contained within the two-story building includes offices, electronics labs, a security office, library, auditorium and conference center and SCIF space. The multi-story atrium is situated between the new and existing building and contains the entry, reception/lobby area and other secure public areas.

As a part of the project, a master plan was developed for the phased redevelopment of the overall site, including improvements to two adjacent buildings, landscaping, site improvements and upgrading parking.
