Phase I, includes 2 – 200,000 sq. ft. office buildings, an employee dining facility and parking garage. The ability to reconfigure the office environment to meet changing needs was of paramount importance in planning the buildings.  Open office planning was employed virtually throughout, with a minimum of enclosed offices.  The glass and pre-cast concrete office buildings are placed atop a field stone base.  Brise soleils and ceramic frit coated low-e glazing materials permitted floor to ceiling glazing to be used extensively.
